CPT Pratima Dharm, U.S Army (Retd), Founder and CEO
Captain Pratima Dharm, U.S Army ( Retd ) is a veteran and owner of NITOR INC. Capt Dharm is one of the founding directors of NITOR. Captain Dharm has served in the U.S Army for 10 years. Pratima has start up and operations experience for more than 12 years at NITOR Inc.
Pratima Dharm is responsible for managing key relationships, business development, general management and managing client relationships of NITOR. Mrs. Dharm has a solid network of relationships within the Department of Defense, Federal Agencies and civilian clients in the National Capital region.
Neeraj Kumar - Business Development
Neeraj brings close to 20 years’ experience in leadership roles and has deep subject matter expertise in US consumer lending, digital payments and FinTech. Earlier, he ran a BSE-listed Enterprise SaaS company for 6 years and held various leadership roles with the AXA Group across the US, UK and India. He was a founding member of Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company and also worked as a Management Consultant with PwC. He has played influential roles in 2 successful startup exits and serves as a mentor and advisor to various other startups. Neeraj holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi
Raj R - Director
Raj has almost 26 years of IT life cycle development experience in deploying mission critical systems for civilian and federal clients. He is an accomplished professional with a proven track record. His areas of expertise are MAXIMO Asset Management, NIST RMF certification, CYBER security for Control Systems, Systems Integration and technical program management.
Farid Nooristani, CISSP - Partner
Farid is the founder of Exor Solutions (www.exor-solutions.com), a business to provide consultancy and expertise in developing and integrating security solutions, with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
The Exor Solutions team provides technical leadership in architecting and implementing Authentication and Authorization technologies, Single Sign-On (SSO), RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), Federated Identity/Federation, LDAP Directories, Enterprise System Architecture, Security Infrastructure Design, as well as custom-built security and technology frameworks.
Farid has proven leadership skills that include the ability to direct top-performing, cross-functional teams of various sizes through entire project lifecycle, from initiation, design and development through testing and deployment. Farid has an excellent history of business growth, project management, financial stewardship and risk mitigation. Farid also serves on multiple Oracle User Group committees and also teaches Network Security at George Mason University.
V. (Bala) Balasubramanian Ph.D.
Bala is a seasoned IT professional with over 22 years of research, development and management experience, especially in the life sciences domain. He has developed regulatory IT strategies for major pharmaceutical companies and has implemented globally harmonized processes and solutions for submissions management, registration tracking and health authority commitment management among other accomplishments. Bala is the Founder, President of Cabeus Inc (www.cabeus.com ) which is a startup high end consulting firm offering specialized solutions in Life Sciences.Most recently, Bala was the Solutions Delivery Head for multiple informatics divisions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, responsible for technology strategy, lifecycle management of applications, service delivery management and oversight of outsourcing partner. He was also responsible for establishing the Regional Regulatory Informatics organization in Singapore for the Asia Pacific region for Bristol-Myers Squibb. Prior to this, Bala has successfully led the design and delivery of large-scale IM capabilities for BMS, Aventis, Roche, Merrill Lynch, AT&T, Bell Atlantic and IBM.
Bala has his Ph.D. and MBA from Rutgers University, M.S. in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and B.S. in Electronics Engineering from India.
CABEUS will also be a teaming partner with NITOR to provide solutions to health.gov and cloud solutions to federal clients.
Srinivasa Kasturi, CISSP, ISSAP, CSSLP, TOGAF(03-09), CCSK, PMP
Srinivasa (Srini) is an accomplished security SME and professional. He is currently the Lead Assessor with A2LA, the testing body for certifying the FedRAMP 3PAOs. He leverages the FedRAMP Security Assessment Framework (SAF), NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800-53r4, and NIST Cyber Security Frameworks (CSF), amongst others for his daily work and brings this knowledge to customer engagements. He is currently working as an Information Security Officer at the World Bank, actively assessing Cloud and Enterprise Security systems and building the DevSecOps capabilities at the World Bank. He has started two companies which offer cyber security training and assessment services, Banyan Logic (www.banyanlogic.com) and Secure SDLC (www.securesdlc.com). With over twenty-five years of experience in architecture, delivery lifecycles and project management, Srini has acquired deep insights into an enterprise information technology needs. His specialization in security is a rich complement to these insights. His grasp of the big picture in any situation, along with the ability to follow up on the details, makes him ideally suited to help us understand and meet the security needs of our clients. His current focus areas are Cloud and Enterprise Security Strategy, Architecture, Processes, Risk Assessments, Security Testing, Certification and Accreditation, Incidence Response, SMB Cloud Implementations and Project Management.Srini has a Masters in Computer Engineering and a Bachelors in Electronics and Tele-communications.
Srini will assist NITOR INC to define our CYBER service offerings while providing valuable guidance to our prospective clients
